Last month, our new cohort of Equalitas trainees gathered at Ark Globe Academy for the 2025 Initial Teacher Training Induction Conference; the very first step in their journey to becoming teachers.

The day brought together aspiring primary and secondar educators, united by a shared ambition to gain QTS and make a lasting difference in children’s lives. The atmosphere was filled with energy, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of purpose as our trainees looked ahead at the year to come.

This event marks the beginning of an intensive and transformative year of training, supported by our community of subject and phase leads, expert tutors, and mentors. From induction through to Qualified Teacher Status, our trainees are guided to become confident, ambitious educators ready to shape futures in classrooms across the country.
