Equalitas has launched a new programme of online CPD webinars for Early Years practitioners, with sessions taking place throughout the 2026/27 year.
Led by Equalitas Early Years programme leads and tutors, the series draws on the expertise and evidence-informed practice that underpin our Early Years Initial Teacher Training programme. Each session will provide an opportunity for practitioners to develop their knowledge, reflect on practice and consider approaches they can apply within their own settings.
Our first three webinars are:
- Outdoor Learning with Purpose – Tuesday 27 October, 5:00pm
- Creating Environments That Inspire Learning – Tuesday 24 November, 5:00pm
- Assessment for Impact: Understanding Every Child – Tuesday 8 December, 5:00pm
Each webinar can be attended individually, with participants receiving a CPD certificate for each session they attend. Practitioners who take part regularly throughout the year can also receive additional recognition through the Equalitas Early Years Professional Learning Community.
Further webinars covering different areas of Early Years practice will be announced throughout the year.
