Our teacher training programmes are rigorous, research-informed, and expert-led. Whether you’re teaching in Early Years, Primary or Secondary education, you’ll apply your Equalitas training within your setting, supported by mentors, expert subject leads and Equalitas tutors.
Equalitas’ curricula are all purposefully sequenced, with subject and phase specificity at their core, combined with our shared ambition to raise standards for every child.
Train while employed in a school and develop a deep understanding across core subject disciplines. Your training will be guided by phase specialists through a programme of in-person training days in London.
You’ll gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), in 1 academic year – training while employed in your placement school.
Train towards Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) in one academic year, while continuing to work in your current setting.
You’ll follow a purposely sequenced programme of online training, led by Equalitas tutors and phase leads, joining a community of dedicated Early Years educators.
