Evidence shows it is the quality of teaching that makes the greatest difference to children’s learning and long-term success. That belief shapes every element of our Initial Teacher Training curriculum.
Our intent is to offer a rich, research-informed curriculum that is:
- Cohesive and carefully sequenced to align with each phase, subject and placement
- Rooted in subject and phase specificity, designed by those who understand the complexity of teaching
- Integrated with school placement needs, ensuring real-world relevance from day one
- Delivered by a team of experienced subject leads, mentors and tutors, deeply embedded in primary, secondary or early years education
Our vision is to educate the educators of the future; phase and subject specificity are central to our vision, along with ambitious curriculum choices and innovative collaborations.

Equalitas is a DfE accredited provider of Initial Teacher Training. Our programmes are led by a team of expert teacher educators, each deeply experienced in their subject or phase.
From Early Years to Secondary and from core subjects to specialist disciplines, our curriculum is shaped and delivered by professionals who know what exceptional teaching looks like.
Our accreditation team includes leaders in subject-specific practice, curriculum and pedagogy, working together to uphold the highest standards across every aspect of our programmes.
