Last week e-Qualitas’ cohort of Primary trainees completed their first Phonics training day, specifically focussing on Systematic Synthetic Phonics.

The training day, held at e-Q’s London base (Hend House), was led by Phonics Subject Lead Ashleigh Bruce.

The day’s focus was on the background of Phonics and its place within the curriculum, with group exercises and teaching strategies included throughout the sessions.
