Secondary QTS Celebration Day

The Equalitas Secondary QTS Celebration Day brought together our 2026 Secondary cohort to celebrate the successful completion of their Initial Teacher Training year and the achievement of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Throughout the day, each new teacher was presented with their certificate by their subject lead, recognising the specialist knowledge, subject expertise and professional identity developed throughout the year. Every teacher also received their Equalitas Transformer Award badge before being welcomed into our growing alumni community.
