School-based training is as effective as the structure that underpins it. With e-Qualitas, you’ll follow offer a carefully sequenced programme that is expert-lea and evidence-informed. You’ll train with the support of a designated mentor within your placement school.

A Year of Transformation

In just one academic year, you’ll earn Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). More importantly, you’ll begin your Early Career Teacher (ECT) year with a foundation of lived experience. You’ll have taught real lessons to pupils, in real schools.
