At Equalitas, we work with secondary schools to deliver structured, research-informed teacher training designed to prepare trainees for the reality of subject teaching and school life.
Our Secondary programmes are built around subject specificity, professional confidence and classroom readiness. Trainees specialise in their subject – Maths, English, Science, History, Geography or PE – and complete their training while working in school, supported by Equalitas subject leads, tutors and school mentors.
Trainees apply what they learn directly to their classroom practice, with training sessions that are carefully sequenced and delivered by subject specialists.
