• Attendees: All Primary and Secondary trainees beginning their teacher training with Equalitas in September 2025

Our two-day induction conference marks the beginning of our new cohort’s journey into teaching. It’s a chance to connect with fellow trainee teachers, meet subject leads and tutors, and gain a clear understanding of what to expect from the year ahead.

Grounded in our commitment to transformative teacher training, the induction introduces our cohort to the e-Qualitas curriculum, our professional expectations, and the support network that will guide learners throughout their training.
